JOB DESCRIPTION

Unite Resourcing are seeking experienced Civil operators as well as Production/Mining Operators for various sites and numerous positions in Western Australia. The main scope of works will be bulk earthworks, constructing access roads, culvert installations, and rail formation. These positions are held at various sites around WA on differing contract lengths, with the potential of permanency for the right candidate. This will be offered after a successful 3 month probation (Temp2Perm), which you will complete through Unite Resourcing.Between 10

  • 12 hour days, with flights, accommodation, PPE, and meals provided in full. The swings will either be a 3:1 (21:7) or 2:1 (for Production/Mining) FIFO Perth, dependent on site. Almost all of the Civil work we have is strictly day shift, with only few exceptions.Civil Construction Available Positions (21:7):Excavator Operators
  • 30T-50T - $37/hr + PenaltiesDozer Operator
  • CAT D10 (R&T) - $37/hr + PenaltiesDump Truck Operators
  • Artic 40/50T - $32/hr + PenaltiesArctic Watercart Operators - $32/hr + PenaltiesGrader Operators
  • 14H/16/140H experience - $33/hr + Penalties All-round Operators
  • Must have proven experience - $37/hr + PenaltiesExcavator Operator (250T) - $40/hr + penalties (double time, only) + SA ($2/hr) + 15% NS bonus, on a 2:1 roster
  • ONLY for this roleThe above Civil positions also offer a $4 per hour worked site allowanceProduction/Mining Available Positions (2:1):Dozer Operator
  • CAT D10 (R&T) - $52.50/hr flatDump Truck Operator
  • 785 - $44/hr flatThe above positions offer a $4 increase for any nightshift hours
