Site Services Holdings is a recognised leader as a safety and workforce solutions provider. Site Services has a strong Labour Hire division, servicing client across Western Australia in the Construction, Mining and Civil industries, locally and FIFO.

Due to rapid growth within the company, we are now seeking another TWO recruitment professionals to join our teams. The primary focus of these positions; Are too onboard suitable candidates for Skilled and Trade vacancies to our established clientele.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source suitable skilled or trade candidates for vacancies across your nominated division
  • Have a clear understanding of recruitment requirements and working with applicants who have licences, tickets and trade.
  • Have sound interviewing skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience working with CRM’s
  • Understand onboarding and mobilisation requirements (FIFO Team)
  • Ability to write clear and decisive advertisements to attract suitable workforce
  • Manage both an active workforce and an available pool of casuals, job ready for immediate starts and throughout their work placement
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports regularly and where required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with all aspects of the role and interactions with the candidates and clients
  • Maintain and drive high performance safety standards
  • Be accountable for fulfilling vacant jobs
  • Ability to prioritise workflow on a daily / hourly basis.
  • High degree of customer service - W are more about the long term relationship then the short term gain.

It is envisioned the successful candidate will possess:
  • Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
  • Experience within a similar position
  • Knowledge of relevant award, standards and requirements
  • The ability to develop and maintain sound business relationships at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate to all types of audiences
  • Highly organised and pro-active, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High initiative and attention to detail
  • Hands on and proactive approach
  • Dedicated, highly committed and motivated individual
  • Have a valid Australian drivers’ licence
